PERFORMANCE TRANSMISSION BUILDER
We need talented, passionate and motivated candidates who can work well with existing team members. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience with transmission tear down, prep and building. Must have experience with 4L80E, 4L60E, 4R70W, 700-R4 transmissions and would prefer some experience with manual transmissions. Must understand the aftermarket performance industry, we do not build to factory specifications, we build to a higher standard with the highest quality parts. Must supply your own basic tools, we will provide specialty tools. Must have basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks. The qualified candidate must have the ability to handle a transmission from start to finish. The candidate must understand quality, cleanliness and attention to detail. We do not cut corners, all transmissions are hand built by one technician, we focus on quality, all valve bodies are completely disassembled, vacuum tested and built back to the highest standards. Must have excellent work ethic and an understanding of critical time lines. The candidate must be outgoing and able to converse with the customers about his/her transmission needs.
PERFORMANCE TRANSMISSION SHOP MECHANIC
We need talented, passionate and motivated candidates who can work well with existing team members. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience with mechanical working of muscle cars and performance vehicles. The qualified candidate must have a common understanding of transmissions, converters, clutches and hydraulics. Must have experience with fabrication, 12 volt wiring & electronics, welding, basic lathe & mill operation, problem solving and be able to understand fitment and design of products associated with installing an updated transmission into a muscle car, classic or street rods; crossmembers, hydraulics, wiring & tunnel modifications. Must supply your own basic tools, we will provide specialty tools. Must have basic computer skills. The qualified candidate must be self motivated and and able to handle the project from start to finish. The candidate must understand quality, cleanliness and attention to detail. Must have excellent work ethic and an understanding of critical time lines. The candidate must be outgoing and able to converse with the customers about his/her project needs.
CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES
We need talented, passionate and motivated candidates who can work well with existing team members. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience with sales in the aftermarket performance automotive industry. The qualified candidate must have a basic understanding of transmissions, converters, clutch and hydraulics. Must be able to multi-task, answer multiple phones and understand the importance of fist-class customer service. The qualified candidate must have experience with Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, UPS World Ship, basic computer skills and have excellent phone and personal communication. Must have excellent work ethic and an understanding of critical time lines. The candidate must be outgoing and able to converse with the customers about his/her project needs.
CNC DESIGN & OPERATOR
Bowler Performance is growing their design and manufacturing. We need talented, passionate and motivated candidates who can work well with existing team members. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience programming, setup and operation of Haas CNC mills. Experience with Solidworks and Mastercam required. The qualified candidate must have the ability to multi-task. Must have excellent work ethic and a understand critical time lines. We are expanding our own product line, in house design and manufacturing as well as taking on high end one-off design and machining of automotive parts for other established customers. The candidate must be outgoing and able to converse with the customers about his/her project needs.
SHIPPING / RECEIVING AND INVENTORY MANAGER
Bowler Performance Transmissions is a growing manufacturing corporation seeking a candidate who can mesh with the existing team members. The candidate must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs, drive a fork lift, understand the importance of quality and attention to detail. The job will include responsibility of managing inventory, sourcing parts, reading CAD prints, controlling product cost as well as shipping cost. The candidate must also be able to answer technical questions regarding installation of these products. Vehicle knowledge, particularly Automotive Aftermarket knowledge, Is very important. The candidate must be outgoing and able to converse with the customer about his/her vehicle project. Candidate must be sales oriented and have a sense of urgency to accomplish goals. A high school diploma Is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Candidate must have excellent computer skills and knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Candidate will use a PC based computer for all work.
